Tokyo Photojournal

In many ways, Tokyo was exactly what I expected. A lot of people, a lot of tall buildings, very organized, hyper modern but with a lot of history. But again, I feel like I've only just scratched the surface. Japanese culture is quite different from Norwegian, and Tokyo felt both familiar and very unfamiliar. Tokyo is a giant city, and I only had a short amount of time there, so I only saw a fraction of the city, nevermind the entire country. Another place I will go back to at some point, a little more prepared. One of my proudest moments was managing to get to my hotel from the train station.

Sydney photojournal

It is now a month since I got home, so I thought it was about time I posted the rest of my travel photos.

I didn't stay in Australia for long, and only in Sydney, but I wanted to visit the country when I was in that end of the world. Who knows when the next time will be? I will definitely go back though. Australia has so many things to offer, and I only experienced a tiny percentage of them. I took a day trip to the Blue Mountains, and got a little taste of the greatness of the Australian nature. Next time I will make it to the Outback.

Tokyo photos coming in a week. Probably.
